We aggregate the data. The positive answer is based on the initial answers absolutely -very- (important) and (important). The negative answer brings together the initial answers absolutely not -not at all- (important) and not (important). The neutral (=) answer fits with the initial answers neutral and rather (important) and rather not (important).
In the next graphs on, the abscissa axis, the positive side can be read the percentage of respondants giving a positive answer. On the negative side of the abscissa axis can be read the percentage of respondants who gave a negative answer. The neutral answers do not appear on these graphs; they can be seen as the complement to 100 of the sum of the preceeding.
